The two of them got new jobs in Seattle and got married in the ending. The couple had decided to start their own law firm to fight pro-bono cases against the rich and big companies. And with Mike Ross’ exit, the Harvey-Mike bromance also ended.

Adam believed that there was nothing new to explore with the character of Mike Ross. Also, his love life with Rachel had also reached on a happy ending. Also, Meghan Markle couldn’t continue the show because of her marriage to Prince Harry. With that, the actor realized that the story of Mike was complete.
The 39-year-old actor told Hollywood Reporter. He said “After seven seasons—really eight years of being away from home and away from my now wife and there was that pressure. I started thinking about leaving at the end of the first half of season six after Mike was released from prison. From a story point of view, I was little unsure of what was left for him to do”
