Fans are totally excited to once again welcome the very popular Netflix series ‘Sex Education’ which is returning with its 3rd season. The OTT platform announced the release date and its 1st look pictures. Netflix announced that the 3rd season is set to premiere on 17th September 2021. The star cast “Asa Butterfield, Emma Mackey, Ncuti Gatwa, and Gillian Anderson” are returning to their pivotal roles.

Netflix took to its Twitter handle and made it official. They shared the premiere date and first look pictures of the series. With the caption “The wait is almost over! Sex Education 3 premieres on September 17 – FIRST LOOK”. As soon as the news dropped, fans couldn’t wait anymore and started to set their countdown timers. Along with this, the official’s Twitter handles of Netflix UK and Netflix Ireland also shared some Behind The Scene (BTS) pictures from the sets of Sex Education 3. They took it to their official handle, posting the pictures with the caption “In case you Sex Ed fans are still hungry for more, here are some behind the scenes pictures taken on the sets of S3.
SEX EDUCATION SEASON 3: STORYLINE
The plot of the 3rd season is expected to pick up exactly from where the 2nd season left. The series is 8 episodes long. This new season is expected to see Otis (Asa Butterfield) getting involved in casual sex. Meanwhile, on the other side Eric (aka Ncuti Gatwa) and Adam (aka Connor Swindells) are set to make their relationship official. The school is also expected to go through some dynamic shift wherein ‘Mooredale Secondary School’ is all set to get a new headmaster named Hope (aka Jemima Kirke) who is supposed to improve the performance of the school, academic wise. Also, Aimee (aka Aimee – Lou Wood) is expected to indulge in full-fledged ‘feminism’.
The fans are eagerly waiting for what all Sex Education season 3 has to offer and now that it’s official, fans will definitely mark the date. 17th September it’s guys….!!!!
