When Will the New Ant-Man 3 Trailer Be Released?

Just over a month before its premiere, the release date for the newest Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania trailer has been made known.

The new Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania trailer’s release date has been made known, and it’s coming up in just two months. The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special by James Gunn on Disney+, which received a lot of positive feedback, was released a few months ago. The Marvel Cinematic Universe threequel will be the superhero franchise’s first theatrical release of the year and the first for Phase 5 of the superhero series. Additionally, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will deepen the MCU’s exploration of its Multiverse Saga, giving viewers a better understanding of what will come from the Quantum Realm-set adventure.

The new footage for the MCU sequel, which was announced during the Fiesta Bowl NCAA Football game between Michigan and Texas Christian University, which Screen Rant watched on ESPN, will air during that game. As of this writing, it is unknown when the newest Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania clip will debut in the game.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania

The only trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has revealed Cassie Lang worked on a device that can send a signal down into the Quantum Realm, but it instead pulls her, her parents, the film’s title character, and his superhero partner into the realm. Plot details for the film are currently scarce. Cassie, Scott, Hope, Hank, and Janet will come into contact with Kang the Conqueror, played by Jonathan Majors, while searching for a route back to their world. Kang the Conqueror is thought to be the MCU’s next major antagonist following Thanos’ defeat in Avengers: Endgame. Kang’s purpose in the movie has been left rather unclear in earlier Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania footage. In the dialogue, he offers to help Rudd’s hero and his family leave the Quantum Realm while also being very dangerous and citing having slain Avengers in the past.

In addition to Rudd and Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer as Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne, Majors as a true Kang version, David Dastmalchian as Kurt, and Randall Park as Agent Woo will also make their MCU comebacks in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The MCU threequel will also include a number of MCU debuts, including Kathryn Newton as Cassie, Scott’s daughter, replacing Emma Fuhrmann from Avengers: Endgame, Bill Murray as an unnamed villain, and William Jackson Harper from The Good Place in a highly classified role. M.O.D.O.K., the mutant and cybernetically enhanced scientist briefly shown in a previous teaser and on goods, is the only unconfirmed character for the movie.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania

Given that the newest Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania teaser will arrive just over a month before the movie’s debut, it seems doubtful that Marvel Studios will reveal many plot details so soon after the movie’s release. Although there are still many questions about the movie, such as how much of a villain Kang actually plays and how M.O.D.O.K. fits into the threequel, it will be interesting to see what additional details are revealed in order to raise anticipation for its release on February 17. When the newest trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania premieres on January 9, only time will tell.
